I was born and raised on my grandfather Narciso's farm, where Parmigiano Reggiano, wine, cured meats, prosciutto, balsamic vinegar, eggs, and vegetables used to be produced. From him, I inherited the secrets and love for traditional food, and the core values of my countryside. I started backpacking at 16, organizing my own itineraries around the globe and exploring over 90 countries. For the past decade, this passion for travel has been my primary profession. I have personally organized tours and guided over 10,000 people to discover the culinary excellence of my homeland. Today, after collaborating with various agencies and tour operators, I have finally realized my dream by launching my own travel agency and tour operator: Secrets of Italy Tour.
